Test error 3DMark
BIOS all defaulted, the year the 3600 processor ran on turboboost 4.2 without problems, and recently began to fly test 3DMark and some games, only helps to reduce acceleration to 3900Mhz from 1.25V or 4000 s 1.35V Above 4000Mhz BSOD with any voltage, and with default voltage only works with shut-off turboboost in BIOS Normal temperatures - up to 70 degrees under load, which may be the reason that the processor stopped working even on autoboost 4.2Mhz

What is your motherboard? 1.35 may be a low voltage for you. Have you tried higher?

gigabyte aurus elit b450 - for default 1.35 much is the same for constant voltage and only 4000mhz when at such voltage should be 4200-4300

If you are using Ryzen Master, uninstall it and then reset the BIOS, and then try again. If you are still having problems, go to the BIOS and manually set the CPU Core Ratio value to 34-35-36, and then try again one by one.
Actually I do not understand which subject you have complaints about. Do you have a complaint because the processor is not turbo itself well or because it is not stable...

the problem is that it is unstable working with the turboshaft installed by default in BIOS developers
