Go to CPU World. They post all the CPU instructions of all types of processors.

Seems like all Ryzens have that SSSe3 instructions. They Ryzen 7 1700X has it also.
All of the AMD FX series processors seems to have that instruction also.
just input the processor you are interested in at CPU World and it will show you if it uses that set of CPU instructions or not.
