I have a pc with
ryzen 9 5900x
aorus b450 elite v2
xigmatek cooler 240mm
xigmatek case with power supply 750w
when i start stress test with furmark the processor stuck at base clock 3.7
i update the bios to the latest version ,reset it and clear cmos
try the Pbo with enabled and disabled and advanced mode
update the windows version to win11
install ryzen master and do stess test processor get 4.2ghz
but without this or at the render the proscessor still not boosting and stuck at 3.7ghz
what should i do ?
