This is my brand new PC(Windows 11 Pro) with Ryzen 7 Pro 7840U CPU. I am new to the AMD hardware/software. Is it hardware issue or driver issue? I have never experienced this issue before with my intel PCs. I was watching youtube on chrome browser besides static web pages. Screen is flashing and when i move pointer it disappears. Can someone explain how can i solve this problem?
