Hi,

my issue is that I got a fresh installed Mainboard with a new CPU cooling and everything else, however, the CPU is constantly at 100% and dosent perform at all. I got no clue what could be the cause for that. 

The Mainboard is a MAG X670E Tamahawk Wifi and the BIOS has been updated. 

I installed the AMD Software Adrenalin Edition and updated it

I checked for Windows updates

I installed the XBoxGamebar (cause people said it will help)

I checked the temp, which is fine at about 55°C

I tried to check if some power settings are wrong

and thats about everything I did.

I hope you guys can help me

Okay I am a retard, I just found it right after asking here.

PowerCfg /SETACVALUEINDEX SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_PROCESSOR IDLEDISABLE 000

PowerCfg /SETACTIVE SCHEME_CURRENT

put those commands in this order in your cmd and it will fix your CPUs power supply
