Ryzen 8600g - Loud stock cooler and high temps

Hi, I've bought this processor a few months ago and I dont know why but the stock cooler makes a lot of noise and the CPU overheats. I know the stock cooler is not great, but I have another PC with the same processor and its really silent and doesnt overheats. I dont know what the issue could be, the temps in idle are close to 50-55°C, when playing low demanding games the temps spike to 72-78°C, and with high demanding games it gets closer to 80-85°C and sometimes even 90°C. Drivers are updated aswell as the BIOS, and I've tried using curve optimizer and undervolting the cpu and gpu, but nothing worked. Here's my build:

-Ryzen 5 8600G

-Asus ROG B650A Wifi

-2x16gb Corsair Vengeance RGB 6000Mt/s

-AMD stock cooler

-Corsair 3500x ARGB

-x3 Corsair AF120 RGB ICUE coolers

-650w PSU

You said that you have another PC with same CPU but not specifying cooling solution of that configuration.

I've had a couple of AMD processors and loud noise + high temps is something I've experienced as well.

In the other PC its the stock cooler and the thermal paste that came with it. No problem at all with that build. The thermal paste looked a bit different though, in the other build it was blue and vibrant, and in the build I'm having problems with, the thermal paste looked a bit more greenish and dry for some reason. But I've already changed the thermal solution for Artic thermal paste and nothing changed. I used HWMonitor and havent seen any issues with voltages either, even while gaming. Its really annoying me lol.

Thanks for the reply, by the way
