Ryzen 7 PRO 8700GE (TDP 35W)

Where in Europe/EU can I order the APU "Ryzen 7 PRO 8700GE" (TDP 35W) ?

Ie. this guy: https://www.amd.com/en/products/processors/desktops/ryzen-pro/8000-series/amd-ryzen-7-pro-8700ge.htm...

The sister APU 8700G with TDP 65W is no problem to find, but I'm interested in the 8700GE APU.

Thx.

Another question: why are the specs for both 8700G and 8700GE saying this:
- CPU Socket AM5
- PCI Express® Version PCIe® 4.0
So, does this mean these APUs wont't use the full speed of the PCIe 5.0 mainboard, instead put the mainboard into the slower PCIe 4.0 mode?

And: will a PCIe 5.0 SSD work only as a PCIe 4.0 SSD in such a system?

I assume you are right and the SSD will be limited to the PCIe gen4 speeds, which is not that bad. If you aim for gen5 SSD then why bother investing in those cut off cheap Ryzen 7 PRO 8700? Even the L3 cache is a joke.
