Ryzen 7 5800X3D can't run ram at 3600mhz. help

Hello. So a few weeks ago I changed my ryzen 5 5600X for a ryzen 7 5800X3D, My mother board is a Msi Tomahawk B550, I had to update the bios to the latest version (MS-7C91) V10.D: 7C91vAD) Unfortunatelly I noticed that the RAM wasn't running at the advertized 3600mhz instead it is stuck at 3200mhz, the RAM is a kit of 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 3600. I enabled XMP 1, then XMP 2 and is still stuck at that speed. I tried to manually overclock changing the frequency, voltage and a few other parameters but it can't boot, says that the overclock failed and that I have to go back to the bios.

My question is, Is this procesor able to run faster RAM than 3200mhz?   Or, maybe I have a faulty bios version or bad memory controller.
In case someone outside has the same motherboard and processor, I would love to hear RAM recomendaciones. I know that the difference between 3200 and 3600mhz is minimal but it sucks to buy something more expensive to get less performance.

And finally, I would like to say thank you in advance for your comments. I'll be checking the comments.
SPECS:
Ryzen 7 5800x3d
Motherboard: Msi Tomahawk B550
GPU: Red devil 6700xt
Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 3600

Congratulations on your new CPU. I snagged one on Prime day and can confirm it runs my ram at 3600. I’m also using the same motherboard as you.
I used a flathead screwdriver to short across the clear CMOS jumpers when I changed the CPU. Loaded bios defaults and then selected XMP1 and verified correct timings.  Saved settings and it booted right up.

Thank you for your answer, unfortunatelly I tried jumping Clear CMOS and even noticed that there is a new bios update released 7 days ago and installed it after that with everything reset but did not work.

Question, What RAM are your using?
Also I would love to know your BIOS version to try it

I’m using Ripjaws V DDR4 3600 CL18-22-22-42 and BIOS 7C91vAE.
I looked at your screenshot and it looks like your adjusted DRAM frequency is 3600. I’ll be able to share a screenshot of mine in a couple of hours.

Funny thing. I was able to overclock up to 3466. At this point I'm almost sure that the problem is that the motherboard is not giving the 1.35v that I set, I don't know why. One last thing. Could you give me a photo of your RAM voltages?, They should be at the bottom of the overclock category.

Thank you, i'll try to solve this changing more things. BTW, you probably know this but in case you don't, there is a option in advance CPU config called Kombo Strike or something like that. I think it is only avaliable in msi motherboards, it undervolts the 5800x3d while reducing the heat and noice while keeping all the performance or even increasing it.
Again thanks for the time.

Thanks I didn’t know about this. I have always just run defaults and XMP.
