I've had issues with my computer restarting manually for the past 2 1/2 years,
I've replaced/upgraded several parts to compensate for this issue

GPU: EVGA 3070 - EVGA 3080
Power supply replacement
ram upgrade
motherboard replacement
problems have still occurred and have gone up in the frequency in the past few months.
