Ryzen 7 5700X running at 1,450V stock

Exactly as the title suggests, I bought this processor in 2022, and it has a somewhat strange peculiarity: in stock it runs at 1,450V, which I would say is very high for a processor in this category.

Another point to highlight is that the only way to lower its voltage is by overclocking it to 4.9GHz, where if I put it in undervolt, its voltage continues to increase.

Post a screenshot of Ryzen Master Advanced View showing the 5700X at 1.45V

The 5700X is a 65W TDP processor with a stock PPT of 76W - it hits that PPT limit very quickly, as low as 4.2-4.3GHz on an all-core workload.

Have non-default motherboard BIOS changes or RM settings been made?
