Ryzen 7 4800h core temperature with a difference of 20 degrees

Hi Everyone!

I have a Asus ROG with a Ryzen 7 4800h cpu and when on full load there's a temperature difference of more than 20ºC from the coldest core to the hottest one.

The issue is that this then throttles down the CPU clock to prevent overheating.

Already created an RMA with Asus, they collected the laptop and say that this is normal... (sill wondering why they initially accepted the RMA to then say this is normal...)

From their report they removed the heating pipes and reinstalled again with new thermal paste but it continues exactly the same.

Is this a common issue? If thermal paste is new and, supposedly, properly installed, does this show a defect on the CPU?

What should I do next?
