I have some problems. I recently bought a new Motherboard asrock 570 Phantom Gaming X, AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT Processor, Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2x16GB 3200 Memory, Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 580 8GD5,PCIe Videocard and Samsung 970 EVO 1T M2 SSD. I run Window 10 Pro. Also i use x62 kraken watercooling. After installing and updating windows 10, Updating bios and updating all drivers I noticed a few problems. One) The device manager giving me a PS/2 mouse which i don't have connected Two) The system freeze after a few hours idle sometimes only the mouse still works other times i can start programs but the system refuse to shut down or restart. Or i can't open trashcan like right now on this moment. It's very strange i can use everything else. and after a restart things will work again for awile.
After extensive communication with asrock we couldn't find the problem. They say the problem could be the XT CPU or Driver/Winupdate failures I use eset internet security and use no illigal software. I doubt its a virus or malware problem.
My question could you look into this if the problems comes from the XT CPU/drivers etc. and help me to find and solve this problem.
