Ryzen 7 3800x3d not booting up

I bought a ryzen 7 3800x3d to replace my ryzen 9 3900x, but when I install it into to the chipset and hook everything up. The PC lights up fans go and everything it seems to go okay , but there is no display. I cant get it to boot into bios. I tried removing the battery from the motherboard but that changed nothing. When I put my old CPU back in it boots up no problem. Any help would be amazing

MB: TUF Gaming X570

PSU: Asus 1000w gold

Make sure you update the BIOS with your old CPU in there. Then once BIOS is updated, it should work with the new CPU.
