I recently bought my Ryzen 7 2700X and everything seemed fine. I had 2.2 ghz idle until about a week or so ago I noticed I had what I think are pretty high clock speeds, 4.0 - 4.2 ghz. I'm not sure if this is normal or not?? I have windows balanced power plan on and I haven't really changed anything everything is set to auto.
