I recently downloaded the AMD Ryzen Master program and saw that the EDC parameter is at 99%. I was looking for solutions on the Internet, I found it, I realized that I needed to change the power supply circuits. And so he did. Did not help. I tried to set the minimum value of 5%, and the maximum value of 100, also did not help. I realized that if you close all the programs, then the EDC will start to fall to 35, but if you move the mouse, it will jump to 99 again. The BIOS contains all the default settings. The processor as well as the motherboard with RAM were purchased in January this year.
