Hello everyone.
I have the main components of the Ryzen 7 2700, the Asus B450-E Gaming motherboard and the Gskill TridentZ 2X16Gb 3200Mhz ram.
I applied the following procedure to Overclock my processor.
I closed the DOCP Profile.
Precision Boost Overdrive setting. (Disable)
Core Performance Boost. (Disable)
Processor voltage 1.35V.
Processor speed to 4.00Ghz.
Ram voltage 1.35V.
Ram Speed to 3200 MHz.
Performance Enhancer to Level 3.
When I later tested Prime 95 and AIDA Stress through Windows, the computer sometimes crashes.
I know I'm gonna increase the processor voltage. But does raising the voltage cause any problems?
Should I change SOC or SB voltages during these operations?
What is the highest voltage I can output for 4.00Ghz or 4.1Ghz for this processor?
I have overclocked Intel many times before, but I've never seen anything like this.
What is the correct method for overclocking this processor?
I would be glad if you help.
