Ryzen 5900x or 5600x & Ram - WHEA Logger Error? - Help needed

Error:

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Unknown Error Source
Error Type: Bus/Interconnect Error
Processor APIC ID: 0

Happens with 2 different CPU's, 5600X and 5900X

Looking for some guru out there who's willing to help get the best out of my system, especially to get rid of the errors and get the CPU and RAM to run smooth.

I'm not good at all when it comes to RAM, but after reading some forums I understand is the RAM timings/Voltage and how it works with CPU that could trigger the WHEA Logger Errors. So I'm looking for help on how to set them right in BIOS - Voltage, Timings, etc. Thanks in advance!

All the drivers&bios are up to date.

Both CPU and GPU are water cooled so I excluded temps out.

PSU is a 1000W.

Update:

After disabling XMP in Bios (which was turned on - from 3600 to 4000) the error is gone so it's abought Ram timings/voltage/etc as I thought. I would appreciate any help on how to get XMP ON and no errors.
