Ryzen 5800X3D CPU has 35% idle usage EXCEPT when I have Task Manager opened?
Hello, for months I've been struggling with my CPU usage being ~35% and temps being 70°C when idle.
Absurdly enough, if I open Task Manager, the usage and temps immidiately drop significantly.
This is repeatable without fail. If you look at the image, every time I have Task Manager open, MSI Afterburner reports temps of around 50°C and usage around 0-5%. As soon as I close Task Manager, the usage and temps increase. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/wHcTEKW
What is going on?
I'm thinking maybe something went bonkers when I upgraded from my previous Ryzen 5 5600x? Although I have updated BIOS before the new CPU, and today I installed Chipset drivers.

It is probably a virus, that hides when I open Task Manager. Using a process software, I am able to see that there is a suspicious explorer.exe that uses 35% CPU, which dissapears if I open Task Manager.
