Hello, I wanted to ask about the temperature of my Ryzen 5600T, which is reaching 95 degrees with the stock cooler, in heavy games like Metro Exodus, Stalker 2, Cyberpunk 2077. In Cinebench R23 it reaches 85 degrees. I read in some forum that it is a normal temperature according to AMD, even the 7000 series processors like the 7600 also work at 95 degrees at full load. I imagine that if AMD sells you a product with a 3-year warranty it is because it comes with the correct factory values, and you should not be afraid that the processor ends up toasted.

The 5600T comes with the Wraith Stealth, the most basic cooler AMD makes. The processor is designed to function up to 95°C at which point it will begin to throttle clock speed and voltage due to thermal limit.

You can continue using it as-is without worry, it is functioning normally as designed. If you are concerned about the longevity of the processor due to extended high temperature, or the fact that performance is reduced when the thermal limit is reached, you can either purchase a better cooler or look into using Curve Optimizer to reduce temperatures.
Hi, I have 5600x and the temperature in the Stalker2 is also high to 83 degrees, although on average 66-74 degrees jumps. Yes, the description says that the working temperature is safe up to 95 degrees, but everywhere on the Internet they write that in games over 70 degrees can lead to deformation. Wrote in
support, I'm waiting for them to answer.

Yes, when I can I will buy a bigger cooler to lower the temperature and eliminate the thermal throttling. But now that I know that these are the factory default values I feel more relaxed. I have a wraith spire from my previous 3600, it lowers the temperature but it revs very high and makes a lot of noise, that's why I've stayed with the wraith stealth until I get a bigger and quieter cooler.
