Yahiko, laptops tend to run hot but 5600H max temperature is 105C. Consider a cooler if you are concerned. You can use the power plans to reduce the max clock but, of course, reducing performance. Enjoy, John.

Make sure your laptop vents are clean and you feel air coming out from the laptop.

Also running Cinebench will put maximum load on the processor so it will run very hot since it is a laptop.

In my opinion, You need to look at your laptop's temperatures while at idle and while under regular heavy loads to determine if you have a heating issue.

You can also purchase a Laptop external cooling Pad to help make your laptop run cooler.

See if in BIOS you can select the TDP of your Processor.

According to AMD Specs on your Laptop Processor is has a variable TDP option:

Default TDP
45W
AMD Configurable TDP (cTDP)
35-54W

See if you can set the TDP to its minimum at 35 Watts and see if that helps with your temperatures.

idle temperatures are anything between 50 and 60, the highest temperature while gaming was 91 in Diablo II Resurrected with maximum cpu utilization at 66%, yes i can feel air coming out of vents and while gaming its pretty strong air that is warm-ish
