Hello, I have a problem with my Ryzen 5 7600X3D processor, when playing FiveM, I have 100% CPU usage on every server, the game stutters for me and I've tried everything in settings, set FPS limit, etc. it doesn't help. I also played War Thunder and for no reason also once in a while lagging my game for a few seconds. I've noticed this problem in a lot of games and I don't know why it happens, it's definitely not from the GPU because I had it in my previous computer not long ago and everything worked fine.
I have Windows 11, EXPO enabled in the bios, and PBO on Enhanced Mode 1.
Setup is:
