Ryzen 5 7600X Not Booting?

Hi All,I am having some issues:

Set up:

ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WiFi Socket AM5 (LGA 1718) Ryzen 7000 ATX

CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 5200MHz CL40

Radeon RX 570 256-bit 8GB GDRR5

AMD Ryzen 5 7600X

Recently my computer was fine, then suddenly it was refusing to boot, getting stuck with a solid white VGA light lit up. I tried reseating the RAM, and removing the GPU and using the integrated GPU, making sure the monitor was on before booting etc. I sent the motherboard back to Asus and they couldn't repeat the error, I tried switching out the power supply, etc.

Any ideas?

If the processor is the issue, how do I contact AMD about the warranty? I tried their site but kept getting redirected to completly wrong areas.

Could you clear CMOS and try it with only one memory stick? What does happen without the GPU?

Did that as well, still got the same error, even tried using an older GPU with no luck

Just do it one by one, clear cmos and start with one stick and without a GPU. Give it at least 10 min even with no picture, if that does not work try reset start 3–5 times in a short period please.

Bro I did that like 5 times in every combination over the course of two hours, even had a buddy in IT come over so we could troubleshoot it together. We did all of that and nothing worked

I am only trying to help.....if you don't want that, it's fine but don't bro me I guess you already reseated the CPU?

My apologies I just want a way to contact the warranty people to set up an rma but it seems to be impossible l.

Anyway in regards to your question. Yes I repeated it after ASUS returned my motherboard. As I mentionted I sent it to them as I thought that was where the error was. They couldn't replicate the issue and returned it to me. I then reassembled the PC and started testing power supplies more CMOS resets ets

And you still have the issue, I guess? May I ask where are u located? The thing is for me, in the beginning of AM5 I used this board in a lot of PCs and MANY have random issues, but mostly about forgetting the memory training and so on.

Except one, I replaced all of them with MSI and ASRock.
