Hi Guys i am having issues with my System stability,when i ever i do Memory intensive tasks like video editing, gaming or do any stress Test like AIDA64(only Stress System memory and Stress cache are failing) and MEMTEST86 my PC suddenly shutsdown giving Event41 Kernel power Critical Error.
I bought new Memory kit from ADATA and stress tested it is also giving same issue(Previously i was using Hyperxfury 2400mhz Ram(8*2)and it was also giving same issues).I am running everything at stock settings no XMP enabled no overclocking of CPU(ofcourse we cannot overlclock in A320 chipset).I have installed updated
Chipset drivers with fresh Windows 10 install and also latest GPU drivers and it is giving the same issue.
Troubleshooting i have done to see what is the issue:-
1. Bought new Adata D50 3200 mhz memory kit(8*2) and still gave the Kernelpower issue during Stresstest or Memory intensive Tasks.
2. I have tried doing stability test with AIDA64 and MEMTEST86 with single memory stick and it is working without any problem(Both Stress system memory and Stress cache are passing continuos 2hrs).
3. I had my old Ryzen 3 2200G and tested with Dual channel mode with my new memory kits and I stress tested with AIDA64 and MEMTEST86 and are passing without a problem and i can enable XMP upto 3000MHZ and the system will be stable during Stress Test.
So i came to the conclusion that my processor is defective and its memory channel is defective because i am getting issue only when i am running two memory sticks together,Please help me solve this problem i am frustrated because of this.
