As always, temperatures are heavily dependent on several factors.
What cooler, what case, whats the room temperature, fans and the placement, even the GPU will contribute to increased temperatures or if you have a case on the floor or on the desk.
Then, there is your "personal feeling". To some,as long as it doesn't throttle its fine. To me 85 on cinebench is the limit while 60 or 70 is what I want for gaming and that is while using a 7950X
-25mv is also just a tiny undervolt, you can do more.
