ryzen 5 3600x stutter issues win11

Hi,

i have this cpu for around 1,5 years and still have stutter issues on windows 11.  i have changed hdds,mbo,ram and gpu and this thing still happens. with this mbo b450 aorus m it have less issues but it still happens and still dont know why (had asus 570 or 550 dont remember it)

questions: 1. Is there a good way to fix it ?
                    2. should i change cpu?

 

specs:

cpu: 3600x
mbo: gigabyte B450 Aorus M
ddr: Corsair 3600 32Gb 2x16(fully supported by mbo)
hdd: Crucial 500 pcie + 2x1tb WD
gpu: RX6700XT(new)
psu: 750W corsair (new)

Do you have any software for monitoring or something like Sapphire trixx or Asus GPU Tweak?

I had the Asus GPU Tweak and had stuttering, when removed it stopped immediately..

AMD Ryzen 9 9900x, Asus Prime X 9070, Asus Crosshair X870E Hero, 64gb Kingston DDR5 6000, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, DeepCool Mystique 360 AIO, Antec Titanium 1000w.

hi ,

i dont use any kind of tweak or oc tools. i also tryd with fresh os installs and without programs that i use. but stutter always comes back few days after fresh install. 

p.s.all drivers are latest and everything is updated (bios, os and programs)

What BIOS version you have? Last version of AGESA fixed fTPM stuttering, which is pretty noticeable

i do not itend to put beta bios on my system. last time when tryd beta bios i lost all data from NVMe drive.

Desactiva el TPM desde Bios!!!! a mi me funcionó con un ryzen 2700
