My processor is not boosting at all, even in cinebench single core bnechmark the clock max is 3.6GHz and the voltage 1.065 or so for some reason.
I have the newest BIOS.
I tried changing something in Ryzen Master, but not effect on the CPU.
I am using the stock cooler, but in single core it only reaches around 45 degrees, so I dont think thats the problem
