I am building a new PC and I already have Gigabyte B450M DS3H and 16gb Ram, I don't have the budget for a graphic card right now, can I still run the PC with Ryzen 5 3600 (with no integrated graphics) while I get money for a graphic card? or do I need necessarily a graphic card to get video signal?  ... Thanks for your help!!

You will need a graphics card, as the ryzen 3600 does not have a GPU.
