Hello guys ive got a problem. My cpu ryzen 5 3550h(laptop 2100 stock 3700-maximum) is very strange. When i set 99% of max cpu usage its go maximum 1680 Mhz even if cpu boost off\on. When i set cpu boost on or off again BUT 100% of max usage its go over 2100 even if 25% of usage. Its very strange baecause of cpu boost dont do anything because only % maximum state of cpu makes any differents.
