Hi, I've recently purchased one of your Ryzen processors, the 2400g as well as a B350M Mortar motherboard from Asus. On assembly, the computer turns on but doesn't start at all, not even showing the bios. I've read this might be because an update is needed but don't know how to proceed from here. Any suggestions?
