When I use AIDA64 to do the stress test, I found a problem that the powers, both GPU Memory and CPU VDDNB will be set lower frequently. Due to this lower power, the CPU and GPU clocks will also decline.
It also happened when I play MHW. The screenshots of my computer are shown below, I do not know why it happened. I spend a week to fix it, but this problem still exists.
