I have not dedicated GPU. I'm running my PC with integrated GPU(Vega 11). I tested with many games results are identical. For 10 seconds GPUz says It's 1300~ Mhz after a certain second It downs to 200Mhz(constant). And It causes BIG fps drops like in the attachment.
And this is also my GPU Clock speed when I'm playing the game(GPUz);
