ryzen 5 1600 stuck only using 3 of its 6 core on ryzen master

ever since I down loaded ryzen master it had disabled 3 of my 6 cores and I can get them to come back ive tried flashing my bios but still nothing and on ryzen master I found a way to get the cores to display but I can boot to that profile please help btw I am over clocked to 3700 MHz on supposed to be ever core but just on the three

carterauer, I do not think Ryzen Master (RM) disabled any of your cores.  I suspect you did not do a fresh install of W10 and used an old copy.  This is a short cut that saves a few minutes and creates a long list of hard to solve problems.  Please install a fresh copy of W10, run RM and post a screenshot.  Also list all your system specifications.  Thanks and enjoy, John.

EDIT:  If you have an old installation of W10, do not worry about msconfig or any other settings until you have done a fresh install of W10.  The many and deep problems created by using an old copy of W10 cannot be corrected by changing a few settings.
