Ryzen 4700U fails to update to Windows 11

I'm not able to get my ASUS PN50 with Ryzen 4700U processor to update to Windows 11.

Secure Boot is ON
TPM 2.0 is ENABLED
The Windows TPM management app is telling me I have AMD version 3.41.0.5.

PC Health Check is telling me my machine is able to run Windows 11. So is the Microsoft website. But I'm still getting a message in Windows update, "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11"

Any suggestions?

Should I install an optional update ASUSTeK Computer Inc Firmware 10.1.2.624?

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Make sure that your BIOS is up to date.
  2. You can download the latest BIOS from the ASUS website.
  3. Try installing the optional ASUSTeK Computer Inc Firmware 10.1.2.624 update.
  4. This update may include a fix for the TPM firmware issue.
  5. If you're still having trouble, you can try manually installing Windows 11.
  6. You can download the Windows 11 ISO file from the Microsoft website.
  7. If you're not comfortable manually installing Windows 11, you can contact ASUS support for help.

Here are some additional tips for troubleshooting Windows 11 update problems:

  • Make sure that your PC has enough free space to install the update.
  • Disconnect any external devices that are not necessary.
  • Try running the Windows Update troubleshooter.
  • Try clearing the Windows Update cache.
  • Try disabling antivirus and firewall software temporarily.

If you're still having trouble, you can try searching for help online or contact Microsoft support.

I hope this helps!
