If the processor pin is slightly bent you can straighten it out easily but very carefully. Google how to straighten out bent pins. There are many YouTube videos showing how to do it.
If it is broken then there is no way of being able to replace it.
That pin most likely won't affect the processor if it breaks. But the only way to really know is to install the processor and see if it works normally and boots up normally.
