Description: Last week, in almost games, my fps averaged between 70 to 90 but now, my fps drops between 30 to 40 fps for no reason. Also, when i go to the advanced startup to change my UEFI / BIOS settings, it stutters and lags when i clicked the buttons. I did some troubleshooting but it didn't fix the problem. What should i do?

Rutherford, do a Clear CMOS and stay out of BIOS, and all the other applications that you are using to jazz your processor. Uninstall all of those, including those from your MB vendor except for Ryzen Master (RM). Where did you get your drivers? You must get your drivers only from AMD. After, post a screenshot of RM Advanced view running Cinebench R24 Multicore. John.
Yes, i finished clearing the CMOS and uninstalled the MB applications. I get my chipset drivers in the official AMD website here. Here's my screenshot:
Thanks, Rutherford. Your Cinebench looks OK and the RM looks fine. How was the stuttering during the test? Is your system a laptop from a system vendor? Are you running W10 or 11? Your memory is running only 2400 MHz (SPD default) and not at the rated 3200 MHz. Try going to the XMP profile for 3200 MHz. John.
During the cinebench test, i didn't notice any stuttering at all but after that, when i test it in games, the fps is still low and it stutter sometimes. No, it's a desktop that i built, and it is running in Windows 11. I tried turning on my XMP (1 and 2) but sometimes it makes my PC not boot at all, and it makes a beeping sound. Even if i lowered the memory speed, the XMP is still unstable, so i used only the 2400 MHZ default speed. I didn't turned it on for a long time, but now, even i off and on the XMP, the stuttering still exist.
