They are just waiting for more chips to arrive from AMD.

It's not uncommon for new CPU's to be in short supply just after release and the virus situation is probably not helping, limiting supply chains while increasing demand from all the people in lockdown.

How long it's likely to take to get a steady supply of chips is anyone's guess though.
