Recently assembled a new PC, but whenever I boot up the PC the screen shows the following error after displaying the Windows logo. I suspect this to be a problem of the Vega 8 Graphics, but am unable to confirm it.

Mobo: Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
RAM: 4x4 Gb HyperX Fury 2666Hz
Storage: Crucial P2 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD
PSU: Corsair CV450
I am able to install Windows through Windows Installation Media, after which I can setup Windows and use the PC normally to install graphics drivers etc. The problem will only arise after my first restart of the computer, in which my PC loads up to the first display of the Windows logo, which is immediately followed by the glitched screen as shown above.
I have attempted to download the latest graphics drivers, update Windows, install B450m chipset drivers, and performed a few clean reinstallation of Windows, but everything has led back to the same problem.
