Ryzen 2990wx shutdown when running CFD simulation

Hello everyone! I have a problem with my machine using AMD Ryzen 2990wx.

   PC Detail:

  •       CPU: AMD Ryzen 2990wx
  •       GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb ram
  •       Mainboard: Asus ROG Strix X399-E Gaming
  •       RAM: KLEVV Cras X 3200Mz 16x4
  •       Power Supply: EVGA Supernova 1000 G+
  •       Cooler: NZXT kraken x62
  •       Bios: 1002
  •       Windows 10 pro

Issue:

I use this machine to run Computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulation software (Flow3D and Altair AcuSolve). I disable SMT using Ryzen master as many experience CFD user suggest to turn off the SMT or Hyperthreading (Intel).  After few hours running the simulation, my monitor will turn off (power button from blue turn to yellow) but the cpu still light up like it is still on.  Anyone have any idea what is going on with my pc? Attached is the screen shot of my Ryzen master.

Hi everyone. the problem solved. but i am not sure how i solved it. First, i reinstall all my ram (pull every ram out, and install it back). Then, I change my ram profile from auto to D.O.C.P. That's all.
