Ryzen 2700 loud fan noise

Hi,
I have a Ryzen R7 2700 with Wraith Spire RGB.
The fan is loud and makes a fast pulsating noise as if the bearings were damaged.
I read that there is a problem with those fans that have 7 blades (as mine has).
The noise is present even with lower RPM like 1200.

Is there a solution for the fan noise?

Can I get a replacement that works correctly?

It's a faulty fan. The spire is okay but not that great. Try the Cooler Master 212 evo or the smaller Antec a40 pro. Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut is a very good paste.

If the AMD Spire came with the CPU Processor as a bundle you can try and open an AMD WARRANTY REQUEST and see if they believe it is defective and send you a replacement from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/warranty-information/rma-form
