Ryzen 1600 ram problems.

CPU : Ryzen 1600 running on 3.5Ghz by asus performance setting on Bios, with stock cooler.

Motherboard : Asus prime B350 plus

Ram : G Skill Ripjaws V F4-3200C16D-16GVKB  16-18-18-38

GPU : MSI 1660 Gaming X

Yesterday i bought a new 16GB Ripjaws V kit for my PC since the last 8gb one wasn't enough for me, there's a DOCP option that makes my ram run on 3200mhz when i enable it my games are crashing after 1-5 minutes but it feels really smooth, i also tried 3200 manually and same thing. I manage to make them stable at 2933 with timings 16-18-18-18-38

and make games stop crashing but i get a microshuttering and overall windows experience feels fast but not smooth, also when i cold boot my pc it normally opens but when i restart it, it goes black screen 30 seconds till bios  and i need like 45 seconds to restart, cold boot from shutdown pc takes like 15 sec.

Things i tried :

Bios 5204

Bios 5007

sfc /scannow on cmd found no corrupted files.

Im a novice in overclocking and since my new ram is not in the QVL can u suggest me timings or other Bios settings that will make my pc run smooth and make it restart faster or make 3200Mhz stable? My last ram was 8GB HyperX Predator (also not in the QVL) and had microshutter too, i thought it was because 8gb wasnt enough for multitasking but same feeling with 16gb. I've spent like 200 euros for ram and still can't make my pc run smooth, PLEASE HELP!
