RX5800 Temperature limits

Hello, any help with my display is appreciated.  Below is my AIDA64 Sensol Panel I made for my PC statistics.  I am hoping to get good values to use for the limits and what you would define as the Good (Green), Caution (Yellow), and Danger (Red), for the range limits and colors of the bars.  Also, what is the difference between the CPU and the CPU Diode?  Items of interest are highlighted with red squares around them.

Add CPU Package, CPU VDD, and CPU VDDNB to the wish list.  What are its power limits, voltage limits and colors for severity like above? 

PS: I am a retired Electrical Engineer.
