I've had a long-standing chain of tickets dealing with my Ryzen 5900x CPU(s). My prior communication chain expired so I opened a new ticket, #8201137769, only I haven't even received an initial response on this ticket. I'm trying to get a refund because AMD has failed to provide me with a working processor over 4 attempts. I don't care if they deny me, I would like the denial in e-mail form so I can shift my focus away from AMD's awful third party support to my province's consumer protection organization.
