Hi,
I have a newly purchased AMD ryzen 5 3600 processor via Amazon. I paired it with msi A520M A pro board. As soon as I insert the processor the board doesn’t even turn on. Without processor the board works fine and the debug light turns on indicating a missing cpu light as intended.
I have raised a warranty claim but I’m not sure how long amd takes to provide replacement. Does anyone know when can I expect the replacement? Thanks.
