Rarely CPU Usage
I have a 2700X - 2080RTX - 16GB@3000mhz - SSD Evo 99%life
The pc feels like a stumbling block, Starcraft 2 type games where with an i5 650 + 750ti I could play at 60fps in low-medium and with the 1060 I was playing at + 120fps, however with a 2080 and 2700X I just can't keep 50fps in low-medium, it happens to me in other games like EU4, Rocket League, if someone could help me, I have formatted the computer 2 times.
