RANDOM FREEZES ASUS TUF GAMING X570, AMD R9 3900X

After updating the bios of my ASUS TUF GAMING X 570-PLUS motherboard to the version (TF GAMING X 570-PLUS BIOS 4021
""1. Update AMD A4 AGESA V2 PI 1.2.0.3 Patch C
2. Improve system performance")
Random lags started to occur in the system, and it doesn't matter if there is a load or not. The problem itself arises very chaotically, it is very difficult to capture. I can't find the reason, but when this happens, the mouse cursor starts to float and the sound starts to wheeze for about 1-3 seconds (as if my computer is fully loaded), but watching the monitoring, there is no load. Even with stress tests, everything is fine, there are no errors (I conducted AIDA and OCCT tests). Everything was fine before the update. I wrote to the ASUS support service, they told me that they associate this problem with updating the AGESA microcode from AMD in the latest BIOS version. And to me that I am not alone with this problem. I'm asking for help. Thanks.

I'll clarify right away, it was the same on WINDOWS 10

Here are my technical specifications:

Motherboard: ASUS Tuf Gaming X570-Plus

Processor: Ryzan 9 3900x

GPU: GTX 1070

RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY Black 64 GB 3200 MHZ

POWER SUPPLY: Gigabyte GP-P750GM

OC: WINDOWS 11

Hey, I have an Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS/BR. I'm having a similar problem to yours regarding mouse movement. I don't notice it with the sound itself, only with the mouse. In Counter-Strike, it seems like my mouse has a kind of lag, I can't explain it. The movement seems a little slow, as if there was a slow motion addition, it's not completely smooth. I've tried all the USB ports on the motherboard, even the USB ports on my case, but the problem persists. I've never found anything concrete about this problem on the forums. However, I found a guy saying that it could be a defect in the power supply of the USB ports, and he recommended buying a HUB with external power, but I've never tried it. I've tried all the updates, I've unchecked that option in device management to save energy, I've even disabled c-states in the BIOS, but nothing has solved it.
