Britto, we need a lot more information, all your PC parts, W10, W11 or what? What changed other than update? Please do a Clear CMOS and try again. Tell us the state of any status display, beeps or board LEDs. Enjoy, John.

Restart your computer three times. By the third time Windows should start automatically to diagnose your PC. Then it will show you a screen where you will click on Repairing computer or something similar.
Go to Windows Troubleshoot Menu and click on "Startup Repair" and see if your PC will boot up into Windows.
You can also use a Flash Drive with Windows Installation files on it and run the Windows Installation and click on Repairing Computer and then click on Troubleshoot Menu and the "Startup Repairs".
As a last resort you may need to do a Clean Windows installation.
If you PC doesn't go past POST then post back which Motherboard Trouble LED is lit up? It is a good chance the RAM you have may not be compatible with your Ryzen Processor. Need to go Asgard Website and see if your RAM is compatible with your Motherboard and CPU.
Meanwhile just install one 8GB RAM Stick and see if it boots into Windows or not. Sometime incompatible RAM won't boot up with 2 or more RAM sticks installed.
EDIT: Here is Asgard RAM Website: http://www.asgardic.com/en-us/products.php?catid=27
You might want to open a Asgard Support ticket and see if your ram is compatible with your motherboard and Ryzen processor.
