Work on big Projects in ArchiCAD (Graphisoft)
Hi everyone!
My massege would be more to developers and I hope so I'm writing in the right section. I'm alredy happy about the processor because it noticeably speeds up some workflows. But I find it sad that its works just with DDR5-5200 or DDR5-3600 becouse it possible just with 64Gb and I would like to have min. 128Gb. It's hard to have open two big Projects on the same time. So I'll be more happy if the next processor will give possibility to have more RAM.
And generell from Graphisoft Support will the follow notice what important for this Programm:
-> Archicad benefits from the high single-thread performance of the processors. The higher this is, the better. - However, when it comes to rendering with the CineRenderer, the number of processor cores is also important. There you also benefit from a large number of cores. The CineRenderer is very good at scaling the rendering processes to all cores.
-> The CineRenderer uses the processor and the RAM, so the graphics card doesn't play such a big role here.
So I'm looking forward to the future innovations. Thank you in advance!
Best regard, Beata
