Check on the motherboard maker website, they usually have a compatibility list.

As mentioned by Goodplay go to the A320 Motherboard Manufacturer under Support.

Then go to the Compatibility section of Support under "CPU" and see if your Processor is listed. If it is listed see what BIOS Version you will need to have installed for the new processor to be recognized and to boot up.
