My translation of your Spanish post wasn't very clear.
If you are saying that your Computer doesn't boot up with the Ryzen 5 5600X processor you need to check which BIOS version you have installed on your Motherboard.
The BIOS version you need installed is BIOS Version 2409 (12/04/2020) or newer. The latest BIOS version is 3211.
You can check the BIOS version installed in your motherboard by looking at your motherboard for a thin white label sticker near the CPU Socket or DIMM slots. Generally on the second line at the end is a 4 digit number. That is your BIOS version installed.
If it is older than 2409 then you need to upgrade the BIOS to 2409 or newer for your processor to be recognized and boot up.
NOTE: Please on your next reply translate it into English since this is an English Only forum. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I read you post written in Spanish, it seems you are have a hard time removing the Processor from the Motherboard or CPU Cooler?
Is this correct?
If not what do you mean you can't "Lift" "Levantar" the processor?
