Problem with VBS and Hyper-V installed
I searched a lot in your fourm and on internet, but I everytime come to the point thast the only solution ist to disable Hyper-V on my PC.
This is no option because I need virtual environment for my development.
There seem to be also other people which encounter this issue.
Any ideas to solve this from your side, or is there any technical reason why it has to be like that?

Sorry, brandher. I know of no alternative. I just turn VBS off and on as needed. Perhaps that is too disruptive for you. John.

This thread was open previously at AMD Forums concerning the same issue you have with Ryzen Master : https://community.amd.com/thread/227946 . You might want to add to the list of Users complaining about Hyper-V and Ryzen Master in that thread. AMD is aware of the issue but hasn't yet made Ryzen Master work with Hyper-V activated.
Up to now AMD Ryzen Master is incompatible with Hyper-V activated.

You asked why Ryzen Master is incompatible with Hyper-V. Reading again the above link to the AMD Thread that I posted, a User got the answer from AMD Support:
The feedback from our software team is that the incompatibility lies with VBS limiting Ryzen Master access to specific system resources.
Plus this other User in the same thread found that Microsoft changed VBS:
This is the reason why Ryzen Master doesn't work with Hyper-V (VBS) enabled.
